How much does a Sporties FC birthday party cost?

• Our birthday party package starts from $450 for up to 15 children.
• Additional children can be added for $15 per child.
• Extra playing time can be added for $70 per additional 30 minutes, subject to availability.

What is included in the birthday party package?

The birthday party package includes:

• 90 minutes of soccer/futsal play on the pitch;
• hosted games and activities;
• a Sporties FC party host/referee;
• use of the pitch and goals;
• an allocated celebration area;
• lolly bags for the children;
• a birthday cake; and
• access to the Innaloo Sports Club facilities, including the licensed bar for adults.

How long does the party run for?

• The standard party package includes 90 minutes of play.
• You will also have access to your allocated celebration area during the booking. Any setup, pack-down, food, cake and celebrations must be completed within the allocated booking time unless otherwise agreed with Sporties FC.

Can we book extra time?

• Yes, extra playing time may be available for $70 per additional 30 minutes.
• Extra time is subject to availability and should be requested at the time of booking where possible.

How many children can attend?

• The standard package includes up to 15 children.
• Additional children can be added for $15 per child. Please let us know your expected numbers before the party so we can plan the games and setup properly.

What ages are the parties suitable for?

• Sporties FC birthday parties are best suited to children who enjoy running around, playing games and kicking a soccer ball.
• Parties generally work well for primary school aged children, but younger and older children are also welcome. We adjust the games and activities depending on the age and ability of the group.

Do the children need soccer experience?

• No. The party is designed to be fun for all children, whether they play soccer every week or have never played before.
• Our party host will run simple games and activities to suit the group.

What happens during the party?

• A typical party includes a warm-up, fun soccer games, small-sided matches, shooting games and free play, depending on the age and energy of the group.
• After the playing time, the group can use the allocated celebration area for food, cake and lolly bags.

Is the party supervised?

• A Sporties FC party host/referee will run the soccer activities on the pitch.
• Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children during the booking, including before and after the on-pitch activities, during food/cake time, and around the wider venue.

Do parents need to stay?

• Yes. A parent, guardian or responsible adult must remain on site for the duration of the party.
• The person who made the booking is responsible for the behaviour and supervision of all children and guests attending the party.

Can we bring our own food?

• Yes. You are welcome to bring your own food, snacks, water and soft drinks, unless otherwise advised by Sporties FC or the venue.
• Food and drinks must be kept off the synthetic turf and used only in approved areas.

Can we bring a birthday cake?

• Yes. You are welcome to bring your own cake if you prefer.
• Please let us know if you are bringing your own cake so we can plan accordingly.

Is a cake included?

• Yes. A birthday cake is included in the standard party package.
• Cake options may vary depending on availability. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements when booking.

Can we bring alcohol?

• No BYO alcohol is permitted.
• Sporties FC operates from a licensed venue at Innaloo Sports Club. Any alcoholic drinks must be purchased from the licensed venue and consumed in approved areas.

Can adults buy drinks at the venue?

• Yes. Adults can purchase drinks from the Innaloo Sports Club bar, subject to the club’s opening hours, licensing requirements and venue rules.

Can we bring eskies?

• Eskies with water, soft drinks and party food are generally permitted, provided they do not contain BYO alcohol and are kept in approved areas.
• Please check with Sporties FC before the party if you are unsure.

Can we decorate the party area?

• Simple decorations are fine, provided they do not damage the venue, furniture, walls, nets, fences, posts or equipment.
• Please do not bring confetti, glitter, silly string, glass items, or decorations that are difficult to clean up.
• All decorations must be removed at the end of the booking.

What should the children wear?

• Children should wear comfortable clothes suitable for running around and playing soccer.
• Sports shoes or runners are recommended. Metal studs, screw-in studs, blades or unsuitable footwear are not permitted on the synthetic turf.

Do children need shin pads?

• Shin pads are recommended but not compulsory for birthday parties.
• The games are designed to be fun and social rather than serious competition.

Can we use the pitch in wet weather?

• Yes, parties can usually proceed in light rain.
• Sporties FC may cancel, postpone or reschedule a party if conditions are unsafe, such as lightning, extreme weather, flooding, unsafe surface conditions or venue issues.

What happens if Sporties FC cancels due to unsafe weather or venue issues?

• If Sporties FC needs to cancel, postpone or reschedule a party due to safety, weather, venue availability, operational requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will use reasonable endeavours to offer a suitable reschedule, credit or refund depending on the circumstances.

What is the cancellation policy?

• Each confirmed birthday party booking is entitled to one free reschedule, provided the request is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.
• If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less a 10% booking fee.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time, or fail to attend the booking, no refund will be provided.
• Cancellation and reschedule requests must be made in writing by email to info@sportiesfc.com.

Can we reschedule the party?

• Yes. Each confirmed booking includes one free reschedule, provided the request is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.
• Reschedules are subject to availability.

Where is Sporties FC located?

• Sporties FC is located at Innaloo Sports Club, 75 Birdwood Street, Innaloo WA.
• The pitch is located within the Innaloo Sports Club grounds.

Is parking available?

• Yes. Parking is available at Innaloo Sports Club, subject to availability on the day.

Can siblings or extra guests join in?

• Extra children can join in, provided they are included in the final numbers and the additional child fee is paid.
• Please let us know before the party if extra children are attending so we can manage the session safely.

Can adults join in on the pitch?

• Adults may join in only if approved by the Sporties FC party host and where it is safe and appropriate to do so.
• Adults must wear suitable footwear and follow all venue and pitch rules.

What happens if someone is injured?

• Please notify the Sporties FC party host or venue staff immediately if someone is injured.
• Sporties FC may provide basic first aid or contact emergency services if required. Parents and guardians remain responsible for their children and any medical or ambulance costs, unless otherwise required by law.
